This is a heavy-duty compression lug from BURNDY for 06 AWG wire. This compression log can be easily crimped with the Cable Lug Crimping Tool.

This is a custom-length battery cable, built to the same high standards as the standard 12" battery cable. Once the overall length is selected, the red and black wire lengths are both equal to the chosen length.

The cable is made of 6 gauge multi-strand wire while the connectors are securely crimped and protected with heat shrink tubing. The cable uses the same wire and crimped connector components as used on the standard length Battery Cable, which uses our robust 6-ton pneumatic crimping tool. One end includes the SB-50A APP Connector and the other end includes the 1/4" diameter crimped ring terminals.

The selected cable length can be between 6" and 36".

Competition Tip: As your battery cable length increases, so does the internal resistance of the wire. This creates a voltage drop that means less power going to your motors and control system. For best results, you'll want to keep this cable as short as your design allows safely.

This novel style of collar clamp is split into two pieces so that it can be attached without removing any shafts. The bore is a 1/2" hex. The flats on the perimeter allow for the collar clamp to be held in position or turned for better assembly control.

This is a pneumatic meter-out flow control valve. The port is a 1/8" NPT male thread, and 1/4" diameter tube can be pressed in to the push-to-connect fitting.
 

Meter-out allows for the flow to be controlled in one direction, while the opposite flow is not restricted.

This Inline Chain Tensioner for #35 series roller chain is perfect to adjust the desired tension in a long run of chain on mechanisms such as elevators and arms. This is ideal where there is at least a ~3" section of chain that never passes over a sprocket in a given mechanism. Pair this with two #35 Master Links and integrate this to your robot for an easy-to-use chain tension solution!
