The Thrifty Bot exists to provide lower cost, commonly used parts to FIRST Robotics teams. Our goal is to help address the sustainability issues of competition robotics by providing affordable parts to teams.
These crowned roller pulleys are designed to fit over 1.25" OD tubing. They are made from 70A durometer TPE and are great for keeping flat urethane belting centered on your tubes or for simply intaking game pieces using the rollers themselves.
Holes are included for 5/32 rivets that can be used for retention on tubes. Rivets nest nicely within the TPE material, leaving the rivet head slightly below the rest of the roller material.

The Thrifty Absolute Magnetic Encoder was designed to provide teams a lower cost option for absolute position sensing. Simply plug the included 3-wire PWM style cable into your controller of choice and read the included magnet's absolute position. This device can connect directly to the RoboRIO as well as the REV Spark Max or CTRE Talon SRX.

This is a 1.5" thick 45A durometer urethane wheel with a half inch hex bore. Great for accelerating game objects or for when low compression is desired. 4 inch outer diameter.
This 5M HTD aluminum pulley 2 pack will allow teams to create larger single belt reductions with a common 1/2" hex interface.

This is the same pulley used on the Thrifty Elevator Dyneema Pulley Kit. Works great with 1/8" dyneema rope and has a 1/4" ID bearing in the center allowing teams to use a bolt to easily mount it and have it spin freely.
1.15" OD with a .365" groove will let this pulley work with other rope options as well.
These bearing options are perfect for supporting spline shafts. The bearings slide on easily in our testing.
