RedLine Encoder Magnet Adapter

This is a Heavy Duty Hex Bearing which outperforms our previous 1/2" Hex Bearings as it has a Heavy Duty Inner Race. This FR8ZZ-HexHD bearing, 1/2" hex bore, flanged, heavy duty inner race, shielded ball bearing, has an inner race that is thicker and stronger than our recent offering of a similar bearing (am-0279). This bearing has more material between the corners of the hex bore and the edge of the race making it stronger and much less likely to crack under high load.

This bearing is guaranteed to have a stronger, thicker race. 100% of these bearings have been quality checked for a smooth fit over 1/2" hex stock here at AndyMark. Many of our long-time customers will recognize this bearing, as it is the same version we sold back in 2008-2011, and we did not have any failures. Now, it is renamed and quality checked for your high load needs - including drive chassis with cantilevered wheels.

Peanut Extrusion is the 1"x1" installment of our easy-to-use structure system. The profile of this extrusion looks like a peanut, and has two holes sized for 1/4-20 thread-forming screws. The added mid-spans are positioned to flank a pair of bolts that self thread into an adjoining piece pf Peanut Extrusion. These spans prevent the extrusion from getting crushed by over-tightening. Enjoy the ease of creating rigid corner joints without gussets, with a closed profile that prevents dust and debris build up. Whether you are making a table in your shop or a strong frame for a robot, this extrusion is the one for you!

Walnut Extrusion is the 2"x1" iteration of the Peanut profile.

This magnet is used in our RedLine Encoder Kit (am-3773). This magnet is used in conjunction with the AM Mag Encoder (am-3749) to read the speed of a shaft.

This 12V flexible color-changing LED strip is perfect for robot lighting whether it's for fun or feedback. When used with an RGB controller (sold separately) one can control the color output including solid colors (red, green, blue, etc.) gradient fading, and blinking. This strip is not individually addressable, but it is 12V which means there is no need for a 12V to 5V converter. We recomend PowerPoles for connecting this LED strip to your controller. If you want the LED strip without contacts included, check out am-3496. This strip displays one single color at a time.

This updated version of the AndyMark 775 RedLine Motor is an even faster and more powerful version of this popular 775-class motor platform. With a power rating of up to 363W, this motor is capable of delivering even more immense power in the same small lightweight package over the previous version. This ball-bearing supported, air cooled motor is best used in high-speed applications where the motor will not be stalled for long periods such as shooters, conveyors, and intake mechanisms. With sufficient care and attention to your application's traction limit, this motor can be effective in FRC drive applications as well.

This variation of the RedLine comes with a 16 tooth, 0.7 Module pinion and mounting screws (am-3768) already installed allowing this motor to be installed into either a 57 Sport or a Dual 775 Sport gearbox. Not only does this take the risk of damaging the motor during pinion installation out of your hands, it also means that this counts as a COTS part in FRC.

The 57 Sport is a competition tested high performance line of planetary gearboxes from AndyMark and BaneBots. The 57 Sport features numerous improvements over previous planetary gearboxes used on FIRST Robotics Competition robots.

Shaft Compatability

This coupling has geometry to capture 0.50-inch hex shafts with an inside hex of 0.51 to 0.52 inches as well as 0.5 inch keyed shafts with a 1/8th inch keyway with a keyway width of 0.128 inches to 0.131 inches.
