The PicoBox MEO is a single reduction, single motor input gearbox that utilizes steel 32DP gears. This gearbox accepts one NeveRest 3.7 motor as it's input, and has a robust steel 6mm D shaft for it's output.

The PicoBox MEO plate makes up the sides of a PicoBox MEO (am-3615) gearbox. The plate features mounting holes on a 16mm grid for attaching the gearbox plate to structuring components or a TileRunner. This plate mounts one of the NeveRest Orbital gearmotors. Motors mount with 4 m3-0.5 x 6mm socket head cap screws (am-1254).

The PicoBox gearboxes are designed specifically for FIRST Tech Challenge teams. These highly configurable gearboxes are a robust solution for teams to make fine adjustments to the output speed and torque of drivetrains, mechanisms and more. All PicoBox gearboxes are designed to work with other building systems that FIRST Tech Challenge teams are familiar with, because they are built to work around a base 16mm center-to-center hole pattern. The flanges on the PicoBox gearboxes are reversible while maintaining a base 16mm hole pattern.

The PicoBox Turbo is a unique member of the PicoBox family. Instead of installing a NeveRest gearmotor, you simply install the bare motor without the gearhead! This allows you to use the motor close to its free speed for very high-speed flywheels and intakes. The gearbox plates feature two holes for face-mounting a NeveRest motor. Flanges on the top and bottom feature a 16mm hole pattern with clearance holes for 6-32 screws for easy integration with our TileRunner drive system and other common building systems seen in FIRST Tech Challenge. The Turbo includes 35, 40, and 45 tooth pinion and cluster gears, allowing you to pick between three different ratios.

The PicoBox Twin Turbo is a unique member of the PicoBox family. Instead of installing a NeveRest gearmotor, you simply install the bare motor without the gearhead! This allows you to use the motor close to its free speed for very high-speed flywheels and intakes. With the Twin Turbo, you use two motors which means double the torque and double the power.

The PicoBox Uno is a single reduction, single motor input gearbox that utilizes steel 32DP gears. This gearbox accepts one NeveRest motor as its input, and has a robust steel 6mm D shaft for it's output.

This plate makes up both sides of the Picobox Uno. This plate accepts one NeveRest Classic gearmotor

This is the plate makes up both sides of a Picobox Solo. It has mountinng holes for any NeveRest Classic motor.

The RAW Box is a strong, compact gearbox utilizing CIM Motors. Steel and brass worm gears are used in order to provide a setup where the CIM Motors are located at a right angle from the output shaft. Since one or two motors can be used as input for this gearbox, and the gears are made of strong materials, this gearbox can provide a high level of torque.

The Rocketbox PTO is a shifting transmission designed to send power out to either of two output shafts, independently. PTO stands for "Power Take Off" and is a term commonly used for mechanisms which can switch supplied power from one shaft over to another. On our Rocketbox, one shaft is intended to provide power to a robot drivetrain (aka: Drive Output Shaft) while the second shaft may power separate appendage, arm, winch, or any other mechanism (aka: Mechanism Shaft). Both output shafts cannot be powered at the same time.

This shift cap is part of the shift block assembly for our shifting mechanism.

This shifting shaft connects the dog gear and the shifter block on an AM Shifter and a Super Shifter (but not the AM Servo Shifter).

This is the optional HEX STEEL output shaft for the Toughbox gearbox. This is the same as the Short 1/2 in. Hex Aluminum Output Shaft with Magnet for Toughbox® Series Gearboxes (am-0397a), but made of steel rather than aluminum.

Two of these plates make up the outsides and house the RAW Box.

This is the plate on the Sonic Shifter that is on the motor side. This plate has two 1/4-20 steel threaded inserts pressed in to one end of the plate.
