4 Inch Thrifty Squish Wheels - QTY 4

Affordable and durable 2 inch squish wheels are now available. These wheels are commonly used by competitive robotics teams to move game pieces throughout their robot.

These wheels ship in packs of 10 for $3 per wheel and feature:

• 30A durometer TPE rubber material for maximum squishability
• .375 inch hex hole, intended to be stretched and used on 1/2 inch hex shafts or other larger OD tubes. Each wheel is 1/2 inch thick.
• Weight: .038 lbs per wheel

This product includes two 1.25 inch long half inch hex couplers. This product has been verified to clamp all the various standards of 1/2" hex, rounded hex and AM churro with significant clamping force.

• 1.25" long overall - shortest hex coupler on the market.
• Split half design allows you to easily remove or add the coupler back on - great for mechanisms that might require maintenance or replacement.
• Each coupler includes four 3/8" long 6-32 threaded black oxide steel bolts. These bolts use a 7/64" driver to prevent easily stripping the bolt heads out.
• .1 ounces or .0625 pounds, black anodized 6061 aluminum.

The Thrifty Absolute Magnetic Encoder was designed to provide teams a lower cost option for absolute position sensing. Simply plug the included 3-wire PWM style cable into your controller of choice and read the included magnet's absolute position. This device can connect directly to the RoboRIO as well as the REV Spark Max or CTRE Talon SRX.

Encoder Revision Updates Include -

• Switched to through hole connector to improve strength and assembly
• Cases are produced in ESD safe materials
• A J2 jumper spot has been added. Simply solder the jumper spot and the encoder will run in 3.3v mode. See the user guide for more details.

Half inch hex hubs are often used to transfer motion between components in competition robots. This hub includes a thicker quarter inch flange that allows for tapping 10-24 / 10-32 holes or drilling and tapping to 1/4-20 sized holes. The Thrifty Hub is offered as a blank hex hub to teams to do further machining or leave stock as-is.

The Sushi Roller Intake Wheels are an excellent choice for robot intakes, internal conveyors, feeder mechanisms, or anywhere you need a durable, compact and grippy roller. These rollers are made with a robust polycarbonate hex bore hub, so no external hub is necessary - just slide them onto a hex shaft, constrain them axially and you are good to go. Available in a range of durometers for a wide variety of applications, these cute little rollers are great for getting a grip on things!

Whether you are building an elite custom drivetrain or a championship manipulator, you need your components to stay where they're supposed to. These lightweight spacers come in 3/8", 1/2", and 5 mm hex bores to accommodate the most common shaft types They can also be used on round shafts and bolts (5mm is great for #10 hardware!). If you need to space a lot grab some 1" spacers. If you need ultimate precision pick up some 0.063" spacers. Not sure which spacers you need? Keep a handful of all six sizes in your shop and never go hungry for spacers again! 

These spacers are molded in black polycarbonate, a tough, crack resistant material that FIRST teams are familiar with. These spacers should resist stress cracking. The inside black portion of this wheel is made from molded polycarbonate plastic. The outer tread is TPU (Thermoplastic PolyUrethane). This robust but lightweight wheel provides good traction on carpet and soft tiles. Stealth wheels are the perfect drive wheel for smaller (<50 lb.) robots, or for intakes and other auxiliary robot mechanisms. These wheels are available in a variety of bores and durometers. 4 in. Stealth Wheels feature a 6 bolt pattern on a 1.875 in. bolt circle for mounting sprockets, hubs, and gears. Nub Bore Stealth Wheels feature a 4 bolt pattern on a 16 mm bolt circle found in most FIRST Tech Challenge building systems. The lower the durometer the softer the wheel is, this makes it wear away faster, but also makes it more grippy.

Product Usage:
Many thread locking materials are not compatible with polycarbonate and can eat away at the plastic. Be sure to check which adhesives are okay to use with this product.
