These gearboxes are designed with the same 37 mm diameter as the original 60:1 gearbox, while using the same 6 mm D-shaft and alignment pins, so getting the additional speed you need is a breeze.

Take your TETRIX robots to the next level with a stronger 12-volt DC motor with 100 rpm and 700 oz-in. of torque. The motor features a built-in, high-resolution Hall effect encoder for precise motor control. Based on user feedback and created specifically to withstand the stress of intense robotics competitions, this is our strongest TETRIX motor yet. TorqueNADO is compatible with allTetrix Max; DC Motor Mounts.

The Servo Horn 25T is made of anodized 6061-T6 Aluminum and is used with the Multi-Mode Smart Servo (75002) and the Studica building structure.

As with the other Studica Robotics building components, it has the common hole pattern which makes it easy to connect to other structure with very little or no additional machining required. You can easily connect to other channel, extrusions, bushings, bearing, mounting brackets and more so you can quickly assemble and disassemble robots and automated systems.

The Studica Fast Multi-Mode Smart Servo features all-steel gears and large amounts of torque. This angular programmable Servo can fill a variety of roles on your robot or project. In standard mode, it operates on a +/- 150-degree range. Using the Studica Smart Robot Servo Programmer (sold separately) the Fast Multi-mode Smart Servo can be configured to run in continuous, standard, and custom angular mode. In continuous rotation mode, the servo will have proportional speed control based on the PWM signal that you send with your servo controller.

The 6mm diameter D -Shaft is made of stainless steel and is used throughout our building system as drive components. The D-Shaft profile is used with pulleys, gears and hubs when tightening the set screws and creating a non-slip connection.
