This 14T 20DP steel gear can be used as an input gear in our Toughbox Mini, Toughbox Micro and Toughbox Classic gearboxes. Use this gear anywhere you could use our 14T 20DP 8 mm Key Bore Gear.
The Sushi Roller Intake Wheels are an excellent choice for robot intakes, internal conveyors, feeder mechanisms, or anywhere you need a durable, compact and grippy roller. These rollers are made with a robust polycarbonate hex bore hub, so no external hub is necessary - just slide them onto a hex shaft, constrain them axially and you are good to go. Available in a range of durometers for a wide variety of applications, these cute little rollers are great for getting a grip on things!
These adapters are intended to be a high strength solution to adapt the Falcon Spline to any product that has a 1/2 in hex bore. This product includes the correct size washers to retain items along the hex shaft, as well as a thread-patch 8-32 screw to be used in conjunction with spacers included with the Falcon 500 motor to retain motion hardware.

These 2.25" diameter HD (heavy-duty) solid-core Compliant Wheels are intended for manipulating objects where you need a little 'give' in your intake system. These wheels deform out of the way to allow rigid objects to be manipulated easily. This makes for high-performance intakes and internal conveyors. These wheels do not require the use of expensive hubs to be driven, thanks to their integrated high strength polycarbonate hubs - which are made from the same mold that creates our Hex Molded Spacers.
This 0.5 in. long 8-32 Button Head Cap Screw is used on the end of a Falcon 500 motor to retain pinions, adapters, or other spline hardware. It is included with the Falcon 500 Spline to 1/2 inch Hex Shaft Adapter.

This gear can be used in the Toughbox, replacing the 14 tooth small cluster gear. It would be paired with a 40 Tooth Large Output Gear, in order to increase the output speed of the Toughbox®. When using this cluster gear you may want to add the 3/16 Thick Nylon Spacer (am-1181) to the shaft. This gear is narrower than the standard Toughbox cluster gear and the spacer fills the gap Standard Toughbox output reduction: 12.76:1 Using this gear and a 40 Tooth Large Output Gear yields a 5.95:1 ratio. This chassis is the FRAME ONLY portion of the 2022 FRC Kit of Parts chassis, the AM14U5. This product ships as an un-assembled kit and does not include the gearboxes, belts, wheels or motors.
Various Configurations:
Built on the same great features of previous AM14U family chassis, this can be configured into many different perimeter, wheel, and gearbox configurations. There are literally thousands of possible playing configurations.
It is shipped as a Kit with plates that can build its large square configuration, without any components reduced in length. This makes it the largest possible size and allows for the user to trim the length and width of the chassis to become a long or wide version that fits into different size constraints of each specific year. The assembly instructions show how it can be changed, be sure to check out the assembly videos as well.
