This gear can be used in the used in the Toughbox series gearboxes, replacing
the 50 Tooth Large Output Gear. It would be paired with a 21 Tooth Small Cluster
Gear, in order to increase the output speed of the Toughbox.

This 40 tooth aluminum gear is pivotal in steering the Swerve & Steer module.
It mates with a 48 tooth gear which is driven from the PG71 gear-motor. The
surface of this aluminum gear is treated with a very durable hard coat
anodization to allow for wear. This gear receives a fairly low torque, and
therefore aluminum is a good, lightweight material for it's use.
Overview: This 35 Tooth Dog Gear features a bearing bore suited to press fit a 1.125" diameter bearing, allowing this gear to serve as an output gear on a 0.500" shaft, as featured in our Rocketbox PTO.
