The Studica End Piece Plate is commonly fastened to the inside end of the U Channel. As with the other Studica Robotics building components, it has the common hole pattern which makes it easy to connect to other structure with very little or no additional machining required. You can easily connect to other channel, extrusions, bushings, bearing, mounting brackets and more so you can quickly assemble and disassemble robots and automated systems.
This spacer attaches to a side of the CIM Sport Gearbox. This spacer accounts for the difference in size between the CIM Motor and the gearbox housing, allowing the gearbox to be side mounted to a surface. The holes are sized to be counterbore for 10-32 socket head screws so the plate can be held to the gearbox with some screws and used as a spacer for other longer bolts to pass through it and thread into the side of the CIM Sport.
This is the upper sheet metal part for the AM14U Family Vertical Battery Mount (am-3964). It surrounds the battery and has a tab to bolt either the SB120 or SB50 robot side battery connector.
This sheet metal part forms the bottom tray that supports the weight of the battery in the AM14U Family Vertical Battery Mount Kit (am-3964). It has a tab at the bottom that prevents the battery from shifting.
This pinion gear is designed to be pressed onto motors with a 5mm output shaft such as most 700 class motors. This pinion interfaces with our PG71 and PG188 gearboxes.
Servo City's patented 32 pitch Hitec metal gears are designed to attach directly to the output spline of a servo. All gears are broached directly into the metal to ensure a snug fit that will not slip. These gears are designed to fit the standard 24 tooth Hitec output spline.
